Introducing our revolutionary Devoid Comfort Series pistol brace plugs for the Gear Head Works Tailhook Mod 1C Stabilizer brace. Experience unparalleled comfort with our new and improved softer, more flexible TPE material. In addition to the softer feel our new TPE also features a matte finish to reduce unwanted glare and shine.

Unlike our standard Devoid plug series, the Comfort Series is specially crafted to provide an optimized shoulder position, mimicking the stability and support of a traditional stock adding approximately a 1 inch extension to the original design. Say goodbye to discomfort and embrace a whole new level of shooting enjoyment with the added length and ergonomic design of our Comfort Series.

Since our Comfort Series line is intended to be shouldered and adds padding and extends the length of pull, they should only be installed on registered SBR's or rifles with a barrel length of 16" or longer.

US shipping only

Note: All NFA rules apply. This plug may constitute a re-design of the stabilizer brace. We recommend only installing with a barrel length 16" or above or on registered SBR's.

Excellent Product!!

When I SBR’d my CZ Scorpion I hated the idea of tossing my OEM folding brace arm that cost me $199 and the Tailhook 1C that was another $140.00 only to pay another $250 for a CZ OEM folding stock. When I came across DJDs website I had to give his product a try. I got the comfort model and the first thing I noticed when installed was that it gave me an extra inch of pull that I loved. I’ve long arms and getting the sights out that extra inch made a remarkable difference. I also like that the material, while very comfortable to shoulder fire, is still very durable, denser and a more rigid than I thought it would be. If DJD cane out with a 2.0 version I’d ask that the adapter somehow be made to be a bit more secure inside the tailhook opening. Its got a small amount of play and pull away movement. I might try some contact cement or something. But again, this $30 part has allowed me to put the money I would have paid for a whole new stock towards something else.
